Q: How can I replace order(exchange product) on MIS store?
A: Please proceed as follows:
1.Fill in the "Return Form" (style number, size, color etc).
2. Send the "Return Form" together with order-summary sheet and the item. (shipping charge: Customer's account)

Q: If I place my order today, when will it be delivered?
A: Most orders will be delivered within 10 working days except gout of stockh or gbackorderedh. It might take some more time for those
orders of Slim/Plus/Menfs/Womenfs items or during gPeak seasonh of orders for school uniform.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Cash Payment and most Credit Cards are accepted.
Cash Payment
We will enclose a payment slip with your merchandise. Please use it for paying at any convenience store or Post Office within 10 days after receiving the merchandise.
Credit Card
After receiving "Order Confirmation", please contact us by phone (Toll-Free: 0120-591-592) to provide your credit card information such as credit card number and expiration date within 2 working days. For security reasons, please understand that we need to reconfirm your card information on every order you place.
