Please press "FAX Order" to print out FAX Order Form.

We will send "Order Confirmation" by e-mail within 1-2 working days.
"Order Confirmation" e-mail will contain your customer number and order details.

We will try our best to deliver your order within 10 working days except for "Out of stock" or "Back ordered".
